Please enter a valid contact number for us to contact you if there is an update to your booking.

For any on-going promotion, please key in a valid voucher code before checkout. Verification is required for discount such as student price and we reserve the right to collect additional payment if you fail to validate the discount eligibility.

Please ensure the correct number of players before proceeding with the booking. Strictly no refund is made after payment should you arrive with fewer players or in the event of a no-show.

You can reschedule your booking one time for free, and this should be done at least (1) one hour before your booked time. Additional fees may apply for any subsequent rescheduling or changes made after the initial 1 hour grace period.

We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes early for registration and game briefing.

Please note that Breakout reserves the rights to cancel or delay your booking (subject to availability on the day itself) should you arrive later than the game time booked unless you agree to the game time being shortened.

Please wear appropriate clothing. Skirts and heels are not recommended as there is crawling involved or minor physical activity involved.

Breakout prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol in the premises and has the right to deny entry into the premises if Breakout has reason to believe that you are under the influence of drugs / alcohol.
